Mississippi Wing Members Celebrate 105-Year-Old Veteran Joe Sullivan

Madison, Mississippi (June 16, 2023) – Members of the Mississippi Wing of the Commemorative Air Force to host a birthday celebration for a local World War II veteran. On Saturday, June 17, the group will honor the life of Joseph Harold Sullivan with fellow members, friends, and family. Joe Sullivan, who will turn 105, served with the U.S. Army in Persia during the War.

As part of the celebration, a parade will be held through the town of Madison, Mississippi, and a flyover will take place before everyone adjourns to the Mississippi Wing hangar for food, stories, and birthday cake.
