The national Vietnam War Veteran's Day of remembrance is March 29, a day the museum is closed, so to honor the occasion properly, we are creating a special program on Friday March 26 to honor these vets. Vietnam Veterans will be admitted free all day and we will have special programming including detailed tours of our Huey helicopter, an icon of Vietnam.

Also at 1pm, a special Speaker Series presentation: Close Air Support. Brigadier General (Ret.) Tom Webster and Colonel (Ret.) Dave Sale discuss the development of combat “Close Air Support” including their personal stories of flying A-10, F-16, UH-1B and AH-1 aircraft in conflicts around the world.
