The Magnificent Warbird Expo
Cedar Creek Veterans Foundation (“CCVF”) and the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) will come together again to Celebrate America on July 2 – 5, with the annual “Magnificent Warbird Expo” to be held at the Historic Aviation Memorial Museum at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport, Tyler, Texas.
The long weekend kicks off at 10 a.m. Friday, July 2 with the arrival of rare World War II warbirds roaring into Tyler, Texas. CCVF is currently working with the CAF on the 2021 Magnificent Warbird Expo aircraft. Discussions are in progress to bring in Texas Raiders, the famed B-17 Flying Fortress heavy bomber, the Marine Corps B-25 gunship Devil Dog bomber, the A-26 Invader Night Mission, and other vintage warbirds. These warbirds will be also be performing in the Rose City AirFest and the Thunder Over Cedar Creek Lake Air Show on July 2 and July 3, respectively, at 6:30 p.m. Many of the warbirds will be selling rides for you to purchase to experience a once in a lifetime ride in amazing aircraft.
