October 1-4, 2026 The Fall edition of Operation Cheddar Flag will be taking place at Waukesha County Airport (KUES) Oct 1-4, 2026. Hosted by the Joint Liaison Formation Committee the FAST signatory for Liaison, Observation, and many trainer aircraft. JLFC is holding its annual convention and formation flying clinic October 1st thru October 4th, 2026 at the Waukesha County Airport (KUES), Waukesha Wisconsin. Arrival day is Thursday October 1st, There will be a FAST formation ground school for those that need it, starting at 1600. Attendance is mandatory for participants who have not attended a formal instructor taught formation recognized groundschool. Instructors should try to come earlier on Thursday for a instructor pilot standardization meeting. If there is anyone that wants to get in some formation practice early on Thursday prior to ground school, we will schedule some training sorties. Safety briefings will be conducted each Friday and Saturday morning starting at 0800.
