World Film Premiere "A Rendezvous With Destiny"Documentary Featuring Three of the Last WWII Screaming Eagles

May 21, 2021, COLUMBUS, OHIO – WWII Beyond the Call is set to premiere “A Rendezvous with Destiny,” a documentary based on Lt. Col. Jos Groen’s book, "Three of the Last Screaming Eagles." The National Veterans Memorial and Museum is proud to host the exclusive premiere showing of Director Tracie Hunter’s newest World War II documentary. The highly anticipated film will be shown on Saturday, May 29, 2021. The event will take place at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum, 300 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215.

Hunter is an acclaimed filmmaker for her Emmy Award winning work, “The Last Signal,” a documentary about two World War II Veterans reuniting for the first time after 70 years. Her latest work coming out of her non-profit organization, Beyond the Call, is centered around the last remaining 101st Airborne Division “Screaming Eagles” featuring Toccoa Original Jim “Pee Wee” Martin, Dan McBride, and Dick Klein. Hunter recounts their stories, their heroism and the bravery it took to accomplish the mission at hand, to liberate the world from the hands of Nazi Germany.
