The Capital Wing will be flying Warbird Rides at the Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport in Martinsburg over the Berkeley County Independence Celebration. The 1942 Boeing PT-17 Stearman will be “smoking” aerobatic oil during flyovers. A spectacular sight from the cockpit! A once in a lifetime opportunity.
Other Warbird Rides will be available in either the combat-flown Stinson OY-1 or Fairchild UC-61 Forwarder.
