2027 CAF CONFERENCE
Join us February 25–27, 2027, at the CAF National Airbase in Dallas, TX, for the annual members-only CAF Conference. Whether you’re new to the CAF or a seasoned Unit leader, this event is the best way to connect, learn, and be inspired by our mission. Attendance is open exclusively to active CAF Colonels and Cadets.
REGISTRATION FEES (per person)
- $300 through February 10
- $350 beginning February 11
- Shuttle service between the CAF and the conference hotel
- All conference sessions
- Opening Reception on Thursday
- Lunch on Friday and Saturday
- One ticket to the CAF Hall of Fame Banquet.
Your registration includes:
- $95 CAF Hall of Fame dinner only - available for purchase through Sunday, February 21.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The CAF has reserved the entire Hilton Garden Inn in Duncanville for conference attendees. The group rate is $139 per night plus tax and includes breakfast vouchers for up to two guests per room. The hotel offers a restaurant and bar, complimentary Wi-Fi, and free parking. To reserve by phone call the hotel directly at 972.283.9777. The CAF Room Block will expire on 2/10/2027.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
CAF Conference or Hall of Fame registration canceled on or before February 14, 2027 is refundable.
Registrants canceling on or after February 15, 2027 will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
