Ride our Piper Cub and see our WWII Ambulance at this free community event to promote aviation. There will be real and RC aircraft, helicopters, and Drones on display as well as rides.

There's also a 5k Race and Kids 1K Race at 8 and 8:30am, silent auction, motorized skateboard Show by Vaughn Shafer, live music by The Williams Brothers, food by Glenwood Canyon Brewpub and The Carbondale Creamery & Café, vendors, flight schools, kids games & more!

Rides are first come, first serve. Weather dependent. Kids 13+ only please.

All Donations, Merchandise Sales and Silent Auction proceeds go to “Friends of the Glenwood Springs Airport” a 501(c)(3) non-profit that promotes aviation, supports the Glenwood Springs Airport, and awards scholarships to high school students pursuing careers in aviation.
