B-17 "Sentimental Journey" - 2023 Spring Tour Status Statement

Mesa, AZ (April 18, 2023) - The Commemorative Air Force and members of Airbase Arizona are aware of recent messages circulating about airworthiness concerns with B-17 aircraft. The B-17 Sentimental Journey is in full compliance with all existing regulations. The aircraft will continue participating in the Flying Legends of Victory Tour. As always, we are working closely with other agencies and operators to ensure we can continue to operate these aircraft safely.
