Public Broadcasting Services Extends Contract to Feature Beyond the Powder Film

Twinsburg, Ohio, (May 6, 2022)- Released in 2015, Beyond The Powder has been available to millions of Americans through American Public Media. Now APT has, once again, resigned with presenting PBS station WNEO to extend the term of Beyond The Powder for an additional two years of nationwide broadcasts. Directed by Kara White, Beyond The Powder is an Emmy nominated one-hour documentary film about the first women’s transcontinental air race in 1929, and the female racers of today.
